Are the shoes authentic?
Yes, we as shoes collectors will not deal with fakes. Everything was purchased from authorized dealers and checked.
Do you accept return or exchange?
We will gladly and only accept and allow return and exchange for a mistake that we made. Such as sending the wrong size or item. And if the product was defeated. All exchange and return must be brand new and unworn, just like the way you received it upon delivery. Other wise we do NOT accept returns or Exchanges. All Sales are FINAL!

What shipping/delivery company do you use.
We use a combination of USPS and FedEx.
Where is your store location and where do you ship from?
Sorry, we do not have a physical store location. And all orders will be shipped from New York, USA.
How long does it take for my order to be process and shipped?
All orders will be prepared within 12 hours, 24 hours at the latest. After dropping off the packages to the delivery companies, it will be up to them, usually 1-4 days. In total, you will receive you order after final submission within 2-6 days. Weather condition and unforeseen conditions may affect, we will try out best.
